Feathersong slowly padded into the clearing, looking around. She had been called to the gathering, as being the deputy of PineClan, and it was making her nervous. She didn't know what to do. Her ears caught the soft meowing of another cat, talking about murders. "I thought we didn't bring this up at gatherings," she meowed boldly. Feathersong padded closer to the trees in the middle of the clearing. "Gatherings are a time of peace. Why don't we talk about something nice?"

Feathersong took a quick glance around the clearing after Hornetstar had spoken. She looked at Deadstar and wondered what he was going to say. The cat she looked at was a bit intimidating, but since he was a leader, she still had to pay her respects.
